I will restore the Reserve Program, which has been reduced to only 400 currently, to 1,000 in the first year.

 

These men and women come directly from the communities we serve and volunteer their time. Their presence on the front lines will have an almost immediate impact.

 

A strong Reserve Program gives us the opportunity to then focus on recruiting and training the best possible candidates for full time positions.

I will also implement technology to enhance response times and improve community and deputy safety.
